| CHEVALIER PÈRE & FILS Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru 1993 Geograpic Placement:
This Grand cru vineyard benefits from a unique southern exposure on the famous Corton
hillside. The soil is ideally commposed of clay and limestone for water drainage and
for feeding the vines the minerals they need to produce ideal grapes. Qualities: Very classy wine with a lengthy palate beginning with floral aromas (acacia and heather) then a cinammon & even mineral (flintstone) finish. To be aged at least 5 years and up to at least 15. Serve at cellar temperature (12-15°C) |
